Democrats spend thousands to mail out a hit piece flyer about a beautiful, blue-eyed blonde about 40 in a nice kitchen who says "I need Medicaid to live." Medicaid is for gray-haired 65+ citizens. She looks healthy enough to get a job, and rely on herself. Or she could lose a few pounds and get a husband. Is she pregnant? Democrats blame Republican Mariannette Miller-Meeks and promote single moms and dependence upon big Government, paid for by hard working Iowa tax payers, mostly men.
She could give up her "independence" and get married. Men are mostly paying for her support either way. She could create more kids who become tax paying Republicans, and be happier in the long run without her DNA going extinct in human evolution.

"But Republicans in Congress passed a law that puts my healthcare at risk." You look pretty, pretty healthy, well fed, and at no risk of starving.  You could get a husband to pay for your pills if you lose a few pounds.  You are slim by Iowa standards.  Are you a pregnant single mom?
The Republican Tax Law cuts Medicaid and will raise health car costs for Iowans.
